Conflict Management inside EAEU to Preserve Its Forum

Eurasian Economic Union members: The consists of five member states: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.
 What is the Union?
 (EEU or EAEU a project for economic integration former Soviet region. Its formal objectives are to create common market much like European (EU). There four targets this forum, i.e:1) coordinating policy, 2.) eliminating non-tariff trade barriers,3) harmonizing regulations, 4).modernizing economies its states. While whole population EEU states estimated 180 million people.
 has some institutions inside it, i.e: Commission in Moscow as regulatory body, Court based Minsk. Commission's power limited. Member disagreeing with judgments can appeal other bodies, no bring state before case non-compliance. Disputes often resolved bilaterally rather than via institutions.
 Bureaucratic forms EU have not been fully copied by EAEU, which seems slow phase development so far. This might be caused GDP 2019 being majority Russian economy (87%). Russia far largest dominates Union. domination means that easily able act unilaterally within union [1].
